Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned leader to head Legal Operations and Paralegal teams, coaching high performers and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery. You will collaborate with U.S.-based Legal teams to align priorities, implement process improvements, and drive cost-saving and system initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in a law firm, in-house legal, or corporate/shared services.
  • Experience leading teams or supervising in a legal setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Legal Operations and Paralegal team.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk issues.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based Legal teams to align priorities, service expectations, and quality standards.
  • Execute legal operations strategies with a focus on process improvement, technology, and reporting.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee work intake, workflow management, and prioritization to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Provide hands-on support by stepping into operational or paralegal work when needed.
  • Support and expand paralegal service capabilities for both local and U.S.-based Legal teams.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects, including cost-saving initiatives and system implementations.
  • Complete at least 12 hours of continuing legal or professional education annually.
