Bon Secours is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to partner with the Legal Network and shared services, driving efficiency through improved processes and technology. You will focus on data-driven insights, dashboards, and training to enable informed decision-making across stakeholders.
Responsibilities include leading process improvements, implementing legal tools, and collaborating with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable workflows and scalable solutions for the Ministry.
The Legal OperationsAnalystwill partner closely with the entire Legal Network team, internal clients and other shared service partners such as Finance, IT, and HR to drive efficiency,innovateand improve internal client experiences.The Legal OperationsExpertsupports all aspects of the information technology systemsmaintainedby or on behalf of the Legal Networkandis responsible forgenerating actional insights through dashboards and reporting to support decision-making across stakeholders.The LegalOperationsExpertwill support special projectsas needed.
Partner with theleadership teamto translate strategic priorities into actionable processes, systems, and workflows, to improvethe day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness within the Ministry.
Assistwith implementing and managing all mission-critical tools and software for Legal and the Ministry including, but not limitedtocontract management systems,ElectronicBilling, entity management, service of process and Legal Holds.
Collaborate withleadershipto deliver strategic and operational initiatives for theLegal Network byidentifyingwhere process improvement activities can be deployed.
Collaborate with all members of the Legal Network, as wellas organized-wide internal clients and other Shared Service stakeholders, to innovate and improve internal client experiences.
Serves as theCo-System Administratorfor technology solutions owned by the LegalNetworkassistingwith the development of legal and workflow templates and the intake processes.
Manage the creation of training modules and provide training sessions totheLegalNetwork andotherinternal clients onsystems,policiesand other technologies.Mentor junior staff and contribute to team process improvements.
Manage and support projects ensuring theobjectivesof the process improvement initiatives are understood and delivered.
Performsdata input,data analysis and insight generation through systems and applications
Establish andmaintaindata and reporting frameworks with systems to enableaccurateand consistent data capture
Design and build dashboards and reports to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Keep current on industry trends and areas of interest through theutilizationof industry research and knowledge resources.

Bachelor’sin legal studies, Healthcare Administration, Business, Health Information Management,Industrial Engineering,or a Related Field (required)
At least3years ofexperience in a legal department, law firm, large corporation, or professional services company (required)
5 years of experience in systems and processtransformation and dataand insights
Strong organizational skills
Problem Solving skills
Ability to develop clear process and procedures aligned with legal strategy
Ability to execute strategy and implement innovative solutions to support the Ministry
Strong Excel skills including experience with VBA-coding,pivottablesand formulas
Microsoft Office experience
Legal technology platforms experience (iManage,CounselLink,Meditract/Symplretc)
Experience building reports and dashboards
Process improvement exposure
Stakeholder management in matrix organizations
Training or change management experience
Strong documentation and workflow design skills
