Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to partner with the Legal Network and shared services, driving efficiency through improved processes and technology. You will focus on data-driven insights, dashboards, and training to enable informed decision-making across stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading process improvements, implementing legal tools, and collaborating with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable workflows and scalable solutions for the Ministry.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a field related to legal studies or healthcare administration.
Experience in legal department or corporate environment preferred.
Strong analytical and data insight generation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to translate priorities into actionable processes and workflows.
Assist with implementing and managing contract management, eBilling, entity management, and legal holds systems.
Collaborate to deliver strategic and operational initiatives within the Legal Network.
Design and build dashboards and reports to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Establish and maintain data and reporting frameworks for accurate data capture.
Provide training and mentor staff on systems, policies, and technologies.
