Job summary

Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is seeking a contract specialist to draft and submit packages for hospital facilities, gather supporting docs, and ensure terms are accurately captured. You will track pricing, terms, and exhibits, assist with renewals, and report to compliance.

Collaboration with legal staff will finalize negotiated terms and exhibits for each proposal. This role operates on a night shift and hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field; Law/Paralegal preferred but not required.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in contracts or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible for creating and submitting contract packages for approval on behalf of designated hospital facilities.




• This role will include drafting of proposed agreements, gathering supporting documentation for contract terms, contract administration and analysis.




• This position will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate capture of contract terms and conditions.




• This position will document the negotiated contract pricing, terms and conditions including the business strategy, and other relevant contract information in the contract tracking system, ensure compliance with company policies, ensure timely renewals/renegotiations, and provide required reporting for the compliance team.




• This position will collaborate with legal staff to draft the final negotiated contract terms, conditions and exhibits for each contract proposal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degreein any field. Degree in Law / Legal or Paralegal is preferred but not required.




• At least 2-3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.




• Excellent English communication skills
