Job summary

Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is seeking a contract specialist to draft and submit packages for hospital facilities, gather supporting docs, and ensure terms are accurately captured. You will track pricing, terms, and exhibits, assist with renewals, and report to compliance.

Collaboration with legal staff will finalize negotiated terms and exhibits for each proposal. This role operates on a night shift and hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College degree in any field; Law/Paralegal preferred but not required.
2–3 years of relevant work experience in contracts or related field.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and submit contract packages for approval for designated hospital facilities.
Draft proposed agreements and gather supporting documentation for contract terms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate capture of contract terms and conditions.
Document negotiated pricing, terms, and exhibits in the contract tracking system; ensure renewals/renegotiations and provide reports to compliance.
Work with legal staff to draft final negotiated terms and exhibits for each contract proposal.
