Responsibilities

• You will be a legal professional with experience in the technology, logistics, and/or supply chain industry, and you will provide primary legal support to a wide spectrum of Inteluck businesses in the Philippines or in the region.
• Review, draft and advise on a wide variety of complex agreements and legal documents relating to platform agreements, marketing, and diverse vendor engagements. These include legal support for investor communication and product launches as Inteluck expands to new business segments.
• Teamwork with business and other teams to facilitate decision-making and enable commercial outcomes whilst duly safeguarding Inteluck’s interests.
• Assess, manage, and mitigate risk in a creative and responsible manner.
• Demonstrate contract management skills; to be organized and meticulous with documentation.
• Be phenomenal, proactive, nimble, and solution-oriented.
• Manage and instruct external counsel.

Qualifications

• Must be Bachelor of Arts in Political Science or Bachelor of Laws (Llb) /Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred, Bar exam passer is a plus factor.
• Qualification in Philippines and fluency in English.
• Minimum 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in either a reputable law firm and/or an inhouse legal role with relevant experience in logistics industry.
• Good skills in supporting businesses and coordination with various of stakeholders.
• Track record of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
