Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer in good standing with IBP.
• 8-10 years of progressive legal experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in corporate law, commercial contracts, labor law, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, or multinational industry is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
