Qualifications

• Qualification in Philippines and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary legal support to Inteluck businesses in the region.
• Review, draft, and advise on complex agreements and legal documents.
• Facilitate decision-making with business teams while safeguarding company interests.
• Assess, manage, and mitigate risk creatively and responsibly.
• Demonstrate contract management skills; be organized and meticulous.
• Manage and instruct external counsel.

Education

Bachelor of Arts in Political Science or Bachelor of Laws (Llb) /Juris Doctor (JD)
