Salary: RMB 20,000 – 30,000 per month
The position will support the company’s government-related requirements, regulatory compliance, permits, licenses, registrations, and official documentation.
The ideal candidate has experience in government liaison, compliance, legal support, corporate administration, or a related field. Assistant-level or junior candidates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
Coordinate and follow up with government agencies regarding company requirements.
Assist with applications, renewals, and processing of business permits, licenses, registrations, and other government documents.
Monitor the status and validity of permits, licenses, registrations, and compliance requirements.
Prepare, organize, and submit required documents to government offices and regulatory agencies.
Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies when necessary.
Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, and government representatives regarding compliance matters.
Maintain accurate records of government transactions, applications, permits, and official documents.
Monitor changes in relevant government rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Support government filings, renewals, registrations, and other compliance deadlines.
Assist with labor, immigration, corporate, and other administrative compliance matters.
Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and government-related concerns.
Provide regular updates to management regarding government and compliance matters.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
Prior work experience is required, preferably in a legal, compliance, administrative, or related role. Assistant-level or junior experience is acceptable
Candidates with relevant internship or entry-level experience in legal or compliance-related functions are welcome
Willing to learn, develop new skills, and undergo training as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately and confidentially
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, proactive, organized, and able to work effectively with different departments
