DL Public Relations is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Government Compliance / Liaison Officer to support the company’s government-related requirements, regulatory compliance, permits, licenses, registrations, and official documentation.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in government liaison, compliance, legal support, corporate administration, or a related field. Assistant-level or junior experience is welcome.
This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with government offices, external representatives, and internal departments.
Coordinate and follow up with relevant government agencies and offices regarding company requirements
Assist with applications, renewals, and processing of business permits, licenses, registrations, and other government documents
Monitor the status and validity of permits, licenses, registrations, and compliance requirements
Prepare, organize, and submit required documents to government offices and regulatory agencies
Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies when necessary
Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, and government representatives regarding compliance matters
Assist in maintaining accurate records of government transactions, applications, permits, and official documents
Monitor changes in relevant government rules, regulations, and compliance requirements
Support the company in meeting deadlines for government filings, renewals, and registrations
Assist with labor, immigration, corporate, and other administrative compliance matters as required
Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and government-related concerns
Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of government and compliance matters
Support other legal, corporate, and administrative tasks related to government compliance
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in government liaison, compliance, legal support, corporate administration, or a related role
Assistant-level or junior experience is acceptable
Experience dealing with government agencies, permits, licenses, registrations, or regulatory requirements is highly preferred
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Organized, proactive, and able to follow up on multiple requirements and deadlines
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments
Professional and comfortable communicating with government offices and external stakeholders
Willing to travel to government offices when required
