Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in government liaison, compliance, legal support, corporate administration, or a related role.
• Assistant-level or junior experience is acceptable
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government agencies and offices regarding company requirements.
• Assist with applications, renewals, and processing of business permits, licenses, registrations, and other documents.
• Monitor the status and validity of permits, licenses, registrations, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and submit required documents to government offices and regulatory agencies.
• Act as liaison between the company and government agencies when necessary.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, and government representatives on compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate records of government transactions, applications, permits, and official documents.
• Monitor changes in government rules and compliance requirements.
• Support deadlines for government filings, renewals, and registrations.
• Assist with labor, immigration, corporate, and other administrative compliance matters.
• Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and government-related concerns
• Provide regular updates to management regarding government and compliance matters
• Support other legal, corporate, and administrative tasks related to government compliance
