Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal affairs or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of contract, labor, corporate, and compliance matters.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily legal and compliance matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and relevant departments.
• Handle labor-related concerns, disputes, and legal cases.
• Conduct legal research and assess risks.
• Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, legal counsel, government agencies, and other parties.
• Monitor and manage progress of legal cases and documentation.
• Supervise and provide guidance to members of the legal team.
• Maintain proper legal documentation and case records.
• Support management in identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.
