You will manage end-to-end leasing processes, build strong tenant relationships, monitor occupancy, analyze market trends, and provide reports to support revenue optimization and tenant retention. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field.
1–3 years of leasing, real estate sales, property management, or as a Real Estate Agent/Property Specialist.
Knowledge of leasing processes, contract documentation, and tenant management is an advantage.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet occupancy and leasing targets.

About the role:

Source and secure qualified tenants through lead generation, market research, property presentations, site inspections, and leasing negotiations while maintaining a strong tenant pipeline aligned with the property's target tenant mix.
Manage the end-to-end leasing process, from tenant qualification and lease documentation to contract execution, payment monitoring, and tenant turnover through store opening.
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships by addressing concerns, supporting marketing initiatives, conducting business reviews, and managing lease renewals and negotiations.
Monitor occupancy, optimize leasing revenue through market-based rates and collections tracking, and implement strategies to reduce vacancies and tenant turnover.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, prepare leasing analyses, and recommend strategies to maximize occupancy and asset value.
Maintain accurate leasing records, monitor tenant documentation and lease schedules, prepare reports, and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field.
Exercises sound judgment in handling leasing concerns, managing tenant communications, and coordinating solutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
At least 1-3 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, property management, or as a Real Estate Agent/Property Specialist.
Knowledge of leasing processes, contract documentation, and tenant management is an advantage.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of meeting occupancy and leasing targets.
