About the role:

This position requires you to report at our property site located at East Kamias, Quezon City

• Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of assigned residential properties- Symfoni Kamias 2

• Oversee property maintenance and improvements, coordinating with service providers and vendors to ensure the properties are well-maintained and up to code

• Analyze property performance data, identify opportunities for growth and cost savings, and make recommendations to senior management

• Lead and supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and support to ensure high standards of service delivery

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations

Role Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably living in Quezon or areas nearby

• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities

• Excellent budget management, financial analysis, reporting, negotiation and decision-making skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation ability

• Solid knowledge of property-related laws, regulations, and best practices
