• Thorough understanding of the local commercial real estate market and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease inquiries, tenant applications, and outbound leasing activities including prospecting, viewings, and tenant engagement.
• Handle lease agreements, amendments, and related leasing documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and expiration tracking.
• Coordinate with prospective tenants, property owners, landlords, and stakeholders to support leasing activities and facilitate lease closures.
• Conduct outbound leasing activities and follow-ups to nurture leads, leasing pipeline, and tenant acquisition.
• Contribute to leasing targets and business development goals.
