About the role

LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. is seeking a Leasing Staff to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our residential property management operations. As Leasing Staff, you will be instrumental in managing property leasing activities, tenant relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in residential leasing whilst working for a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Process lease applications and coordinate with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
• Conduct property viewings and tours for potential residents, highlighting key features and amenities
• Prepare and review lease documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements
• Manage lease negotiations and secure tenant agreements
• Collect and process rental payments, and other lease-related.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and maintain professional communication
• Maintain comprehensive records of all lease agreements and tenant information
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, conducting property inspections as required
• Support property maintenance coordination and communicate maintenance requests to appropriate teams
• Assist in maintaining occupancy rates and contribute to achieving leasing targets
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all leasing activities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in residential property leasing or property management roles
• Strong knowledge of residential leasing practices, procedures, and legal requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive tenant relationships
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leasing transactions simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Professional demeanor and presentation skills suitable for client interactions
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Knowledge of local property regulations and housing standards in Metro Manila is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in property management or related field is preferred
