Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Property Leasing Operations Coordinator in Metro Manila to act as the critical link between prospective tenants and the on-site leasing team. You will manage leads from initial contact through to confirmed property tours, scheduling across multiple buildings using CRM and booking calendars.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, excellent phone/email communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident and natural communicator with strong phone and email skills.
• Comfortable with phone-based work as majority involves speaking with prospective tenants.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven; stays calm when priorities shift.
• Warm, engaging, and personable with people.
• Leasing or real estate experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads within 2 hours via phone and email; capture property preferences.
• Schedule and manage property tours across multiple buildings using CRM and booking calendar.
• Confirm tour attendance 24 hours before and on the morning of the tour.
• Re-engage leads who have gone quiet to maintain momentum and bookings.
• Respond to CRM enquiries and answer questions about property tours.
• Participate in daily team huddles; share lead activity insights and trends.
• Prepare daily activity reports covering leads, calls, bookings, and pricing feedback.
• Identify and flag potential safety concerns per workplace practices.
