PM Consulting in Manila is seeking a Property Sales Associate to drive leasing activities, from sourcing prospective tenants to guiding viewings and coordinating documentation through move-in. This front-line role entails turning leads into settled tenants and meeting occupancy targets.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business or real estate and 6 months to 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and a client-focused mindset. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of leasing, real estate, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with genuine sales interest.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Source and qualify prospective tenant leads through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information on available units, rental rates, amenities, and leasing requirements.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Guide prospects through application requirements, tenant screening, and contracts.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are ready on schedule.
• Maintain leasing trackers, prospect records, and tenant documentation.
