Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in leasing, real estate, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or customer-facing experience may be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with an interest in sales and client engagement.
• Comfortable presenting to prospective tenants and negotiating basic terms.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prospects.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify prospective tenant leads through multiple channels.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information on units, rates, amenities, and leasing requirements.
• Follow up regularly to support lead conversion and maintain a leasing pipeline.
• Coordinate property viewings and present units clearly and professionally.
• Explain lease terms, rental rates, policies, and move-in requirements.
• Assist with application processes, screening, KYC, and documentation.
• Maintain leasing records and prepare basic reports on inquiries and occupancy.
• Support move-in coordination and tenant orientation, including house rules and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Finance, and Maintenance on tenant needs.
• Assist in tenancy renewals and retention activities.
• Monitor listings and assist in marketing activities and events.
