Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Leasing and Tenant Relations Officer to manage assigned properties, ensuring proper handover and monitoring of signed leases, and supporting marketing plans for tenants.

The role requires a 4-year business degree with a Real Estate License as a plus and a minimum of 3 years’ leasing or sales experience in real estate. Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business course.
• Real Estate License is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of Leasing and/or Sales experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and tenant relations functions for assigned properties.
• Ensure proper handover and monitoring of all signed-up leases.
• Support tenants on the property's marketing plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Other tasks as assigned.
