Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks a Leasing Operations Division Lead - Projects to set the strategic direction for complex leasing projects across retail, office, and residential properties. You will drive cross-functional teams, optimize lease structures, and lead negotiations to maximize asset value and efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial real estate leasing, including 5+ years in leadership of leasing operations within the retail sector, and strong budgeting and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial real estate leasing with 5+ years in leasing operations leadership.
• Deep knowledge of lease strategies, retail trends, forecasting, and multi-property management.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and ROI orientation.
• Proficient with SAP or Oracle and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic roadmaps for complex leasing projects and redevelopments.
• Direct cross-functional teams through leasing lifecycle to meet timelines and targets.
• Develop innovative lease structures and lead negotiations with tenants.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting for projects.
• Liaise with executives, developers, and tenants; manage disputes when needed.
• Leverage data-driven approaches to streamline leasing operations using ERP systems.
