Ayala Malls is seeking a seasoned Leasing Operations Division Lead - Projects to shape the strategic direction for complex leasing and redevelopment initiatives across retail, office, and residential properties.

This leadership role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and deep expertise in lease strategy, market analysis, and portfolio management to drive value and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 5 years in leasing operations management within the retail industry in a leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in lease strategies, retail market analysis, forecasting, lease structures, negotiations, and portfolio management.
• Sound financial acumen, with knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and business performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution capabilities, with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio) and familiar with enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of the interconnection between financial, operational, and business objectives.
• Strategic, data-driven, process-oriented, and risk-based mindset.
