Job summary

Ayala Malls is seeking a visionary Leasing Operations Division Lead - Projects to steer complex retail, office, and mixed-use leasing initiatives in Metro Manila. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 5 years in leasing operations management within the retail industry in a leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in lease strategies, retail market analysis, forecasting, lease structures, negotiations, and portfolio management.
• Sound financial acumen, with knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and business performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution capabilities, with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio) and familiar with enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of the interconnection between financial, operational, and business objectives.
• Strategic, data-driven, process-oriented, and risk-based mindset.

The Leasing Operations Division Lead - Projects is responsible for setting the strategic direction for managing complex leasing projects and redevelopment initiatives across diverse property portfolios including retail malls, office buildings, and residential developments. This position requires exceptional project management capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and deep expertise in multi-property type leasing operations to drive successful execution of high-impact projects that enhance property value and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 5 years in leasing operations management within the retail industry in a leadership capacity.
