Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a proactive and organized Leasing & Operations Associate in the Philippines to support our leasing efforts and broader property operations. You will own tasks, communicate confidently with prospective and current residents, and help improve processes and productivity.

Key duties include lead management, marketing updates, lease drafting and payment coordination, and coordination with teams during weekly reviews.

Qualifications

• Residential leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Full-time role with 40–45 hours per week, including weekend availability.
• Based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Generate, monitor, and follow up with prospective renter leads.
• Respond to inquiries within 10 minutes during working hours.
• Manage leads from inquiry to lease or documented outcome.
• Coordinate leads from AppFolio, website inquiries, email, and housing forums.
• Guide renters through leasing with professionalism and ownership.
• Identify opportunities to automate lead management with templates and clear follow-up systems.
• Keep marketing and leasing information updated across platforms.
• Assist with lease drafting, payments, and setting up recurring charges.
• Participate in weekly meetings to review priorities and progress.
