Job summary

Vista Mall Davao is seeking a Leasing Manager to source, screen, and negotiate with potential tenants, and to handle lease documentation, renewals, and contract compliance.

You will build strong tenant relationships, coordinate with operations and marketing to support promotions, monitor performance, and ensure leasing targets and mall occupancy are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or retail/property management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as mall operations require.
