Job summary

Kaban Hotel and Casino Boracay is seeking a Leasing Officer to source tenants, manage leasing activities, and maximize occupancy and revenue. You will maintain tenant relationships and coordinate across departments to fulfill leasing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify prospective tenants aligned with the property’s target market and business concept.
• Present available spaces, leasing packages, rental rates, and property features to potential tenants.
• Conduct property tours and assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
• Handle lease negotiations and coordinate the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
• Monitor available spaces, occupancy levels, lease expirations, renewals, and vacancies.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Coordinate with tenants and internal departments regarding leasing requirements, concerns, and documentation.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an updated database of prospective and existing tenants.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor properties, rental rates, and market trends.
• Assist in developing strategies to maintain high occupancy and maximize rental income.
• Ensure that leasing documents and tenant requirements are complete and properly maintained.
• Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, policies, and property regulations.
• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and other management reports.
• Assist in resolving tenant concerns and coordinate appropriate actions with relevant departments.
• Support leasing promotions, events, and other activities designed to attract potential tenants.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
