Job summary

SM Supermalls, The Podium in Mandaluyong, is seeking a Leasing Officer/Supervisor to support income generation through sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals with short-term tenants. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy while aligning with company leasing targets and regulatory requirements.

You will manage lease contracts, coordinate billing and collections, prepare reports, and maintain house rules and construction kits for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Leasing Officer/Supervisor Supports income generation by sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals with short-term tenants and exhibitors to meet leasing targets.
• Assists in implementing concept management strategies to attract new and market-relevant leasing opportunities.
• Coordinates with tenants and accounting for billing, collections, and credit verification to minimize credit risk.
• Manages lease documentation, contract processing, and tenant relations to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Engages in continuous learning and professional development to enhance performance and contribute to organizational goals.
• Leasing Officer/Supervisor (Lease Admin) Supports leasing operations through accurate creation, updating, and safekeeping of lease contracts in compliance with company policies.
• Assists in contract termination by validating records, processing tenant clearances, and coordinating refund documentation.
• Prepares and maintains necessary operational materials such as house rules and construction kits for daily use.
• Generates and updates key regulatory and internal reports, including Lease Information Summaries and Simulation Reports for tenant renewals.
• Pursues continuous learning and professional growth to enhance performance and contribute to organizational development.

Provide over-all support in the implementation and monitoring of strategies and projects for leasing operations that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the handled mall/s guided by organization protocols and regulatory requirements of the country.
