Golden Topper Group Inc. is seeking a Leasing Marketing Officer in Metro Manila to drive occupancy through content creation, digital marketing, and data-driven reporting.

You will manage rental-unit marketing content, social channels, listings, and pricing data while coordinating with Leasing Officers to convert inquiries into contracts, and to optimize campaigns for higher visibility and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing content for rental units (photos, videos, reels, captions, posters, descriptions).
• Manage leasing-related social media accounts, online platforms, and property listings.
• Keep property data accurate: pricing, availability, promotions, and unit details.
• Develop digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leasing leads.
• Monitor inquiries, engagement, leads, viewings, reservations, and contracts.
• Track and analyze marketing performance: lead sources, conversion rates, costs per lead and per contract.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze content and campaigns to identify effective strategies and boost lead generation.
• Conduct competitor and market research on rental rates, promotions, units, and digital marketing.
• Coordinate with Leasing Officers to ensure lead follow-up and track journeys from inquiry to contract signing.
• Support campaigns for long-term, short-term, corporate, bulk, and employee housing leasing.
• Maintain a monthly marketing calendar with content, campaigns, target customers, channels, and expected results.
• Explore new marketing channels, partnerships, and promotions to grow leasing customers.

• Develop digital marketing activities and campaigns to generate qualified leasing leads.
• Monitor inquiries, engagement, leads, viewings, reservations, and signed contracts.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, including lead sources, conversion rates, marketing costs, cost per lead, and cost per contract.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze content and campaign performance to identify effective marketing strategies and improve lead generation.
• Conduct competitor and market research, including rental rates, promotions, unit offerings, and digital marketing activities.
