Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in property marketing, commercial leasing marketing or real estate sales support.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market, leasing processes and property management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms and content management systems.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and generate marketing insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with tenants, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software systems.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to conduct property viewings.

Responsibilities
