Job summary

Golden Topper Investments, Inc. - Manila is seeking a Leasing Marketing Officer to support the Leasing Department by creating marketing content, managing digital campaigns, and generating leasing leads to boost inquiries, property viewings, and occupancy.

You will monitor marketing performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyze data and competitor activity, coordinate with Leasing Officers, and explore new channels to expand the leasing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing content for available rental units (photos, videos, reels, posters, captions, and descriptions).
• Manage leasing-related social media, online platforms, and property listings.
• Maintain accurate property information including pricing, availability, promotions, and unit details.
• Develop digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leasing leads.
• Monitor inquiries, engagement, leads, viewings, reservations, and contracts.
• Track and analyze marketing performance: lead sources, conversion rates, marketing costs, CPL, and Cost per contract.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze content and campaign performance to identify effective strategies and improve lead generation.
• Conduct competitor and market research on rental rates, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with Leasing Officers to ensure lead follow-up and track customer journey from inquiry to contract signing.
• Support marketing campaigns for long-term, short-term, corporate, bulk, and employee accommodation leasing.
• Maintain a monthly marketing calendar covering content, campaigns, target customers, channels, and expected results.
• Explore new marketing channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities to expand the leasing customer base.
