Job Summary
The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and implementing marketing initiatives to promote the company's real estate projects, strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives. The role focuses on market research, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, brand management, and the development of marketing materials for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with project objectives and business targets.
- Execute promotional activities to increase project visibility, attract prospective buyers and investors, and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate the development of marketing strategies for property launches, project milestones, and other promotional events.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign timelines.
B. Digital Marketing and Brand Management
- Manage digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online property portals.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content, advertisements, videos, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Monitor online engagement, website traffic, campaign reach, and other relevant marketing metrics.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, advertising agencies, and other external service providers.
C. Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, market demand, emerging trends, and investment opportunities.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, promotional strategies, and market positioning.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support project positioning and marketing decisions.
- Assist in identifying target markets and developing appropriate promotional strategies for different property segments.
- Prepare market research reports and recommendations for management.
D. Project Marketing and Promotions
- Develop marketing materials and project presentations highlighting property features, location advantages, amenities, investment potential, and other selling points.
- Coordinate property launches, open houses, exhibitions, roadshows, broker events, and other promotional activities.
- Work with Sales, Project Development, Engineering, and other relevant departments to ensure the accuracy of project information and marketing claims.
- Support the preparation of project profiles, sales kits, property listings, and investor presentations.
- Coordinate marketing requirements for project launches and other key business milestones.
E. Lead Generation and Sales Support
- Implement marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads for the Sales team.
- Coordinate the endorsement, tracking, and monitoring of marketing-generated leads.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and customer conversion opportunities.
- Maintain marketing databases and prepare regular reports on lead generation and campaign performance.
- Recommend initiatives to improve lead quality, customer engagement, and marketing contribution to sales.
F. Budget and Performance Monitoring
- Monitor marketing expenditures against approved budgets.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness using relevant performance indicators, including cost per lead, engagement, reach, and lead conversion.
- Prepare periodic marketing performance reports and present recommendations to management.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing outputs from internal teams and external suppliers.
3. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, construction, or a related industry.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, campaign execution, and marketing content development.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing, property market trends, and customer segmentation is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design or content creation tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication, project coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Willing to conduct site visits and participate in marketing events as required.
