SM Mall of Asia in Pasay, Metro Manila is seeking a leasing operations support professional responsible for maximizing tenant occupancy through strategy execution and strict compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include sourcing prospective short-term tenants, negotiating terms, processing contracts, and coordinating deposits and credit checks to drive mall income while maintaining positive tenant relations.

Formación

• 0–1 year experience in leasing operations or similar role.
• Familiarity with lease contracts and MOA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing prospective short-term tenants/exhibitors.
• Negotiate and establish rapport with tenants and address their needs.
• Close deals on leasing terms, rates and charges.
• Assist with lease contracts/MOA processing.
• Support security deposit processing to generate rental income.
• Coordinate concept management strategies for short-term leasing.
• Check outstanding balances with accounting and notify tenants.
• Prepare deposit rollover forms for incoming exhibitors.
• Maintain positive relationships with short-term tenants.
• Promote rentable mall spaces to maximize income.
• Coordinate lease deferment, rental concessions, and non-renewals.
