Job summary

SM Supermalls seeks a Leasing Manager to design and implement comprehensive leasing strategies across the malls, aiming to maximize tenant occupancy and revenue in a regulated environment.

The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and the ability to advise management and tenants on product/service mix, construction requirements, and compliance, with a focus on Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related.
• Proven experience in sales management, planning, and operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship and tenant management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will increase tenant occupancy of the malls.
• Review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements and compliance to contractual obligations.
• Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions in order to ensure improvement of the performance of tenants, tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels.
• Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention and practices that have been established.

Job description

To design and ensure proper implementation of the necessary systems, strategies, action-plans and controls required for over-all leasing operations in order to develop loyal business partners for long term business plans, achieve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue generation guided by the organization protocols and regulatory requirements of the country.
