The ideal candidate will assist in tenant mix planning, negotiate with tenants, and manage lease administration, reporting, and tenant relations, ensuring compliance and safety across the mall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of combined experience in mall operations, property management, Leasing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, reviewing, and implementing tenant mix to ensure market relevance and customer appeal.
• Monitor leasing performance and reassess tenant zoning based on trends and customer feedback.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential tenants and retail brands; conduct negotiations to secure lease sign-ups.
• Prepare brand profiles, leasing proposals, and sign-off schemes to drive occupancy.
• Ensure rental rates are within budgets; coordinate site visits and submit regular leasing reports.
• Serve as liaison between tenants and mall departments; ensure compliance with insurance, permits, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Address tenant inquiries and escalations; monitor tenant participation in mall programs; manage turnover of spaces.
• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints; support mall safety, security, and emergency programs.
