• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brand owners and partners.
• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitors, and retail concepts to identify opportunities for the mall.
• Evaluate potential tenants for brand relevance, appeal, viability, and alignment with strategic direction.
• Lead lease negotiations to secure revenue and occupancy objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance to ensure successful tenant onboarding and performance.
• Monitor occupancy and rental income; analyze metrics and plan actions to address gaps.
• Develop innovative leasing initiatives that respond to consumer expectations and create differentiated mall experiences.
• Ensure compliance with policies, leasing standards, obligations, and regulations.

Job Purpose:

As a Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the mall's tenant mix and overall customer experience. Beyond filling retail spaces, you will identify and develop brands, concepts, and business partnerships that resonate with evolving consumer preferences and strengthen the mall's position as a destination.

You will combine consumer insights, creativity, commercial acumen, and leasing expertise to develop strategies that attract the right tenants, maximize occupancy and rental income, and create a compelling mix of brands and experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies and tenant-mix plans aligned with the mall's positioning, target market, consumer trends, and business objectives.
• Identify and attract new and emerging brands, concepts, and business partners that can enhance the mall's customer experience and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, brand owners, and business partners.
• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail concepts to identify opportunities for the mall.
• Evaluate potential tenants based on brand relevance, customer appeal, commercial viability, and alignment with the mall's strategic direction.
• Lead lease negotiations and ensure that commercial agreements support the mall's revenue and occupancy objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful tenant onboarding and sustained tenant performance.
• Monitor occupancy, rental income, tenant performance, and other leasing metrics and develop action plans to address gaps.
• Develop innovative leasing initiatives that respond to changing consumer expectations and create fresh, relevant, and differentiated mall experiences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, leasing standards, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
