MicroSourcing is looking for a Leasing Consultant in Libis, Quezon City. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle for novated lease solutions, engaging leads, and presenting detailed pricing and tax benefits.

The position isHybrid with a day shift, offering opportunities for commission and growth. You will coordinate with vehicle suppliers, finance providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing and CRM-documented progress.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle by engaging qualified leads, understanding customer vehicle requirements, and delivering tailored novated lease solutions.
• Present detailed options that simplify pricing, financing, running costs, salary packaging, and applicable tax benefits for prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales by addressing customer objections and aligning solutions to their budget and lifestyle needs.
• Coordinate with vehicle suppliers, finance providers, salary packaging partners, and internal support teams to facilitate seamless processing.
• Track customer progress within the CRM from initial consultation through to final vehicle delivery, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle sales and pipeline management in a high-volume phone environment.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding target metrics, conversion rates, and sales revenue KPIs.
• Excellent consultative communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail with strong CRM hygiene, pipeline organization, and thorough follow-up skills.
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a customer‑centric sales approach.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, or automotive finance/lending.
• Previous success in automotive sales, consumer finance, or high-volume B2C consultative sales roles.
• Familiarity with Australian vehicle pricing structures, running cost calculations, and salary packaging regulations.
• Proficiency with modern CRM and sales automation tools.
• Experience collaborating with external finance partners and vehicle dealerships.
