MicroSourcing is seeking a Lead Filterer to engage new inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments with our Novated Leasing Consultants. You will maintain CRM records and ensure smooth handovers between teams in a hybrid, day-shift setting.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, careful questioning of prospect needs, and consistent KPI-driven performance in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven background in lead qualification, appointment setting, inside sales, or contact center environments.
• Outstanding verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills over the phone.
• Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple leads and meet activity/qualification KPIs simultaneously.
• High proficiency in navigating CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Commercial acumen, results-oriented drive, and high reliability.

Your Role

As a Lead Filterer / Lead Qualifier, you will:

• Ability to re-engage stale or non-ready leads effectively over time.


• Quick adaptability to learning new complex financial products and internal workflows.
