Job summary

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. is seeking a Leasing Officer for Industrial Warehouse Leasing (Accounts Management). The role focuses on lease administration, tenant retention, and operational excellence to meet business targets and enhance client satisfaction.

The position involves executing leasing strategies, managing contracts and renewals, and collaborating with maintenance and finance teams to ensure high service levels and accurate receivables. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of leasing, property management, or account management experience.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or logistics real estate is preferred.
• Knowledge of lease administration, contract management, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Manage full lease lifecycle including contracts, renewals, terminations, and turnover.
• Coordinate with maintenance and finance teams for property standards and AR monitoring.
• Prepare detailed leasing performance reports and maintain centralized records.
