Job summary

Newport World Resorts is seeking an Leasing and Operations Manager to support planning and directing mall leasing and operations. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, efficiency, and concept potential while ensuring compliance with company directions.

The successful candidate will oversee leasing strategies, tenant satisfaction, and property operations, and will develop performance improvements through business planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, preferably Business Management, Marketing, Accounting or Engineering.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mall leasing and/or operations, administration of real estate development and management work.

Responsibilities

• Develops leasing plan, oversees tenant mix, negotiates key accounts to achieve occupancy targets.
• Assist in achieving revenue targets.
• Foster strong tenant relationships and enhance customer experience.
• Prepares periodic reports on leasing performance, retail operating expenses, and P&L budget.
• Enforces Lease Contract Terms and House Rules.

JOB SUMMARY

The Leasing and Operations Manager assists the Leasing and Operations Senior Manager in planning, directing and controlling the mall's leasing and operations functions to maximize the mall’s revenue, efficiency and concept potential.

The position oversees leasing strategies, tenant satisfaction, property operations ensuring compliance consistent with company directions.

The role includes business performance analysis and develops improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leasing Strategy & Occupancy Management

   • Develops leasing plan, oversees, tenant mix, negotiates key accounts to achieve occupancy targets.

2. Revenue and Financial Performance

   • Assist in achieving revenue targets

3. Tenant Relations & Customer Experience

   • Foster strong tenant relationships

4. Business Planning & Reporting

   • Prepares periodic reports on performance of leasing activities, retail operating expenses, P&L budget

5. Enforces Lease Contract Terms and Conditions and House Rules
   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's in science graduate from a four-year university in preferably Business Management, Marketing, Accounting or Engineering
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mall leasing and/or operations, administration of real estate development and management work
