Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of experience; accounting, invoicing, or real estate background is a plus.
• Proficiency with lease administration and ERP/financial software.

Responsibilities

• Verify, reconcile, and process rent and property invoices; ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records in real estate systems; track rent adjustments and deposits.
• Collaborate with landlords and internal teams to resolve billing issues and optimize payments.
• Audit CAM, insurance, and tax reconciliations; dispute resolution and overcharge recovery.
• Prepare rent metrics reports and participate in client meetings; ensure SOC1, AR, AP compliance.
