Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Lease Audit Analyst to reconcile operating expenses and taxes for small to mid-sized clients. You will review lease terms, perform basic audits, and prepare findings with recommendations for credits and recoveries.

The role supports Lease Administration with portfolio management, database handling, and audit services, offering a hybrid work setup and growth opportunities within CBRE’s global services network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements; verify expenses charged to clients per lease clauses.
• Perform full-scope basic audits for lease administration clients; request information and suggest audit actions.
• Prepare reports of findings; ensure accurate credits and proper charges recorded.
• Assist with CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to controls.
• Review contracts to identify fees, audit savings, and reimbursements.
• Exchange straightforward information; seek clarity and ensure understanding.
