Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, accounting or economics.
• 3–5 years of related real estate/lease administration experience.
• Ability to interpret complex real estate lease terminology.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and integrity.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract and QA lease data in systems.
• Maintain lease information, file storage, scanning, and mail handling.
• Perform desktop audits of CAM, insurance, and tax reconciliations.
• Identify and monitor financial, operational, compliance, and IT risks.
• Develop assurance programs and review internal controls.
• Conduct assurance tests for procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare detailed findings and actionable stakeholder feedback.
• Provide training and communication on internal assurance topics.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist or oversee special client or leadership projects.
• Produce ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
