Job summary

The Learning Specialist at Xillium PH will support the Learning Resource Center in strengthening training delivery, assessments, course development, research, and project-related initiatives. This role helps ensure that new hires and existing VMAs receive structured learning support aligned with Xillium VMA standards, while assisting with documentation and continuous improvement of LRC programs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assessing trainee readiness and performance.
• Strong background creating course materials, documentation, and structured learning content.
• Ability to coordinate projects effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with an LMS platform and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with managers, assessors, content developers, and service leaders, while providing constructive feedback to trainees.
• Business-fluent English
• Eligible to work in the Philippines
• 1-3 years of experience designing and delivering training programs for healthcare or medical support teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Learning Resource Center initiatives and special projects as assigned.
• Design content for medical and professional development of staff and maintain LRC Catalog.
• Coordinate with Services leaders and VMAs to extract key information about service offerings and processes.
• Administer medical lab sessions and assessments; update training materials to align with standards.
• Collaborate with the medical assessor to ensure accurate training materials and provide feedback to trainees.
