Xillium PH is seeking bright, motivated individuals to grow into client-facing leadership roles through structured training and mentorship. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will support US healthcare clients, starting with guided, scoped responsibilities and a mentor to help you develop, eventually taking on larger accounts.

You will learn the healthcare business, lead a team, and become the primary daily contact for clients, while tracking performance and maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• No prior account management or client-facing experience required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Tech savvy and comfortable with learning new systems.
• Open to feedback and willing to adjust behavior.
• Eager to learn concepts, systems, and ways of thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery of support services for a healthcare client.
• Grow into this role with mentorship and staged responsibility.
• Lead a team through supervisors to maintain coverage, quality, and morale.
• Be the client’s daily contact and run weekly operations calls with client managers.
• Track account performance and identify issues early; raise them proactively.
