Job summary

Xillium Professional Services in the Philippines is seeking a Learning Specialist to strengthen our Learning Resource Center by supporting training delivery, assessments, course development, and research. You will help ensure new hires and tenured VMAs receive structured learning aligned with Xillium standards.

You will also design and administer assessments, develop training activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide feedback to improve LRC programs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing medical and professional development content.
• Ability to design assessments and course outlines for LRC Catalog.
• Coordinate with services leaders and VMAs to extract information.

Responsibilities

• Support the Learning Resource Center with learning delivery and research.
• Develop and deliver training activities and medical assessments.
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with content developers and medical assessors.
• Update training materials to align with Xillium VMA standards.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
