Xillium Professional Services in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Learning Specialist to bolster the Learning Resource Center. You will support training delivery, assessments, course development, research, and related initiatives, ensuring alignment with VMA standards.

You will design content for medical and professional development, coordinate with service leaders and VMAs, administer assessments, and update training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training activities and conduct medical assessments for new and tenured VMAs.
• Develop and maintain training plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
• Create and update LRC documentation and course materials.
• Coordinate with services leaders and VMAs to extract key information about offerings.
• Assess trainee proficiency through designed evaluations.
• Provide feedback to support trainee growth and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with content developers for course design.
• Support research and fact-checking of U.S. regulations and standards.
