Job summary

VXI Global Holdings BV (PHILIPPINES) is seeking a Manager, Training to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that align with company objectives and drive employee performance.

You will manage a team of trainers, oversee the full training lifecycle, develop engaging materials, implement LMS platforms, monitor program effectiveness, and ensure content is current and compliant with policies and regulations. This role supports growth and development across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of trainers, including performance management, coaching, and development.
• Oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle, from needs assessment and curriculum design to delivery and evaluation.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
• Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all training content is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
• Facilitate training sessions as needed, both in-person and virtually.
• Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
