Rex Education in the Philippines is seeking an Education Consultant to promote and implement our classroom products in partner schools. You will collaborate with regional teams to assess needs, plan trainings, and support adoption across districts.
The role requires at least three years of teaching experience and knowledge of instructional design or educational technology. Expect field visits, events, and travel to multiple schools as part of the job.
Support Material Advisors in promoting and selling the company's products and services through product presentations, client engagements, and business acquisition activities.
Work closely with Material Advisors and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Assist in promotional events, conferences, seminars, and pilot programs, and help address issues affecting product promotion and implementation.
Conduct needs assessments, gather customer feedback, and provide recommendations to improve products and implementation processes.
Plan and facilitate training programs, workshops, and orientation sessions to support product implementation and adoption in partner schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular school visits, meetings, focus group discussions, and classroom observations.
Monitor product usage, analyze data, and provide insights and feedback to support customer needs and future market requirements.
Prepare and maintain implementation-related reports, records, and other required documentation.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and a certificate of program completion in Instructional Design and/or Educational Technology are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
Experience in educational technology, instructional design, training facilitation, curriculum development, or implementation support is an advantage.
