Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an intern to support instructional design and the learning technology stack, including the learning experience platform and enablement content built for delivery teams. The role offers remote work for applicants outside Cebu City and hybrid work for those within Cebu City.

You will contribute to storyboard development, convert SME inputs into learning content, manage content on the LXP, test learner journeys, and assist with account administration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree in education, instructional design, IT, multimedia arts or related field.
• Comfortable with digital authoring or design tools and quick to learn new platforms.
• Precise with formatting, tagging and version control.
• Interested in how people actually learn at work.

Responsibilities

• Support storyboarding and development of e-learning modules and microlearning assets.
• Convert process documents and SME inputs into structured learning content.
• Upload, tag and quality-check content on the learning experience platform.
• Test learner journeys and report defects or gaps.
• Assist with learner account administration, enrollments, and access requests.
• Pull platform usage and completion data and prepare adoption reports.
• Document standard operating procedures for platform administration.
