Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd, Philippines, seeks a part-time intern to support localization of UI/UX and campaigns, delivering accurate translations and educational materials. You will help gather local user insights and cultural context to enhance the migrant worker experience, and assist with ad-hoc research and project coordination.

Qualifications

Native speaker of Indonesian or Vietnamese with Mandarin working proficiency.
Third-year university student or above.
Strong translation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
Adaptable and proactive with the ability to support different project needs.
Available to work at least 3 days per week.
Interest in ecommerce, marketing, or user experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support in-app UI/UX localization and translation, ensuring language accuracy and quality.
Support online and offline campaign execution, including localized communications, educational materials, and operational setup.
Provide local user insights and cultural context to help improve the migrant worker user experience.
Support ad-hoc user research and project coordination as needed.
